A diptych of paintings inspired by Hans Holbein's mammoth 1533 painting, The Ambassadors. Initially conceived as a single painting, as part homage/part reimagining of the masterful and enduring Holbein work, the work expanded to a diptych with the lessons learnt from the first incorporated in to the second.
